Food and Drink
Raemoir House is provided fully staffed and catered and offers a highly personalised experience with its own Master Chef and skilled kitchen team dedicated to creating menus tailored entirely around your preferences.
Whether you are planning an elegant five-course fine dining experience with carefully paired wines, a beautifully prepared luxury picnic hamper for a day exploring the countryside, or something more relaxed such as a simple supper or outdoor barbecue, everything is designed around your occasion. The team works closely with you to shape each detail, ensuring every meal feels considered, seasonal, and uniquely yours.
Set within one of Scotland’s most celebrated food regions, Raemoir draws on the exceptional produce of Aberdeenshire renowned for its outstanding beef and venison, fresh seafood, artisan cheeses, locally crafted gins and whiskies and an abundance of fruit, berries and of course honey. This rich larder of local ingredients allows the kitchen to showcase the very best of the region in every dish.
For those wishing to explore further, the team can also arrange for local experts to visit the house, or suggest curated days out to experience the area’s food and drink culture first hand. It is a flexible, immersive approach to dining that blends luxury, locality, and genuine culinary craftsmanship.
